TODDLER APPROVED CREAMSICLE POPSICLE RECIPE

If you live in a place with very hot summers, you know that ice cream and popsicles are a must-have treat for our kids!

Want to easily make your own healthy popsicles? This is the recipe for you! These orange creamsicle popsicles are nutritious AND you only need four ingredients. They make a great healthy snack for both kids and adults to enjoy on a hot summer day.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup orange juice (pulp free)
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 mandarin oranges, peeled
  • Sweetener like sugar or honey (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Put all your ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Make sure you blend long enough because you don’t want any pulp in your mixture.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 24 hours.

To make your popsicles extra orange you can add some food coloring into the blender. And to create an orange and white swirl effect you can pour the mixture, add some vanilla yogurt, then top it off with more mixture. Let me know if you try to make these!
